“Double check your oil filter”.

That advice is the only words my uncle said before I leave for village journey. He know that I have little experience with my car. My standard preparation before decide to use my car for vacation is simple : send my car for tuneup. Technician will do a routine in machine checking, checking for water, clean up the fuse etc. the only thing I know is fill water for machine cooler

New thing that I learn from last visit for tuneup purpose is :

Don’t ever late to give your car service

Since you are not expert in this field you won’t know if the engine in bad condition. I have talk with other customer while we are waiting tuneup process. He told me that must pay expensive machine parts because his postponed to change oil filter for his Volvo. He used to use Oil Filter Wrench for his car but in the day he want to change oil filter. The stock is empty and he must wait for one day. He forgot to revisit and almost two later he came back with other problem. One of his vehicle engine got problem and must be replace and he must wait for almost two week for spare parts ( his spare parts must be imported from German).

From that time he never forget to take care his car and follow marketing slogan “pay me now or you pay me later”
