"Damn, the service is quite good man".

My friend point his finger to a car, under heavy rain that car stopped and refuse to work. After make phone call for a moment we saw car with full equipment came and 2 technician start to work. They replace a few spare parts and my friend car working now without problem.
I know that service, he got that after he join for car insurance. His previous experience with cheap insurance make him more
careful in finding good one. Took more than a month to find his current insurance provider.

His methods are :

1. Go to bookstore, find a book about car treatment and troubleshooting.

2. Learn about his car spare parts

3. Service his car for tuneup, this time he can chat with mechanic and try to understand the path, some technical aspects of

his car.

4. Make phone call to various auto insurance provider with aim to get car insurance comparison info.

5. Searching on internet for comparing, he must make sure that information he take from step 4 is valid via random question.

6. Continue to grouping the providers based on : price, quality and after sales service.

After sales service is the most important thing that he pay attention most. He eager to make phone call to existing customer

to proof the statement. He admit that way isn’t an easy method to do but it’s worth. His patience, time and money got pays

off with excellent service.

I think I’m lucky I don’t have to follow his process I just need to choose the same auto insurance like he use for my car

I love process.
