Training for scaling job
Its been our 5 years operation, as time goes by few progress already made and main problem for us are :
Scaling
With continuing progress of 50% average per year we need a way to tweak current organization procedure and schema. I my self
in progress to delegate many of my job to team work. From only one person in my division, in last one year I got 7 staff to
help me. I’ve spend for a year to develop their skill. Start from communication skills to practical skill.
With same time top management also make leader training for us, the manager of division. A few aspects on
training materials :
- Finance for Non-Finance Managers , we have challenge to arrange a project budget plan like movie ‘the apprentice’.
- Management training for leader . Study case per leader.
With such approach slowly but sure we can manage and sort some 20% problem that bother us for long period and replace it with
solution. Career path also clear in the eye of employee and of course long term benefit for business owner.
Current training we follow right now is sales training as this training will give us sightseeing of how marketing work and how big our job as support division make influence in their daily activity.
