Getting fat alarm
I’m geetting fat since married, I must admire that I’ve changed my underwear couple times, A few brand of mens underwear placed in my wardrobe. Mostly I prefer use briefs but I have boxer type too. I hate to wear tight underwear as my friend did. It hurt him a lot but he don’t mind because he pay attention to style.
My main alarm of getting fat signal is my underwear, it press my body and make me hard to breath and for some situation limit my activity. Until I realize that meat is main cause. By eating meat, I can get fat in quick almost instantly. I must avoid meatball, noodle and satay for almost a week to reduce my weight. Not an easy job to see my friend eat meat and noodle. I just prepare my self with bubble gum. Bubble gum give me sugar that press my eating intention.
