Almost half year since I passed from studying environmental engineering. My thesis talk about managing pollution from the core of process. The tool I use is mass exchanger network. The concept of this tool is exchange ‘mass’ in exchanger area using mass separating agent. For example, active carbon can absorp ammonia and water can absorp ammonia too. But due to budget oriented we can’t use active carbon as the requirement need to take care very carefully. Make new unit operation in core process that absorp the rich stream to lean stream is very challenging.

My next plan after pass my magister is taking doctor. Don’t have any clue yet, whether take it in local or go outside like Malaysia or Australia. In Malaysia I have friend who in process for completion his doctor. Studying about swamp with orientation to flood disaster that often came to his area recently. He give me brief explanation on the process. Starting from test time, paper, seminar etc with some insight around place and community. Lucky, I have chance to visit Malaysia so I can see the real infrastructure in their college.

Australia, I just know a bit information from my friend at senior high school level. He’s study in Brisbane now if i’m not mistake. His field is forest science. He got scholarship from government and this year is his first year.

He told about the process how he can studying in his university. I interesting in journey part, He spend almost 3 batch for site visit. For 3 location in general and other location for fun and vacation . He bring backpack for that purpose and studying the route from internet and local hotel he found like Sydney Hotels, Melbourne Hotels, Brisbane Hotels and Perth Hotels. He admit last place he visit is only for fun, just visit his stamp club friend.

The places seem great for me, specially when he talk about Sydney. I think I’ll give it a try to visit some university in Australia for my doctor possibility  next education. Site visit plus vacation
