Our old grills that use charcoal need to retire very soon, retire in this case doesn’t mean it will be put on garage sale or put it behind the kitchen desk but will be united with the new one powered by gas. As young generation that depend with gas i daily activity, using charcoal for barbecues party isn’t seem efficient but in another hand our parent and my grand parents wife can’t accept. They have their own argument for this. They love the smell of roasted  meat which is unique and specific one than using gas powered grills.

No problem for me, I have another idea for put a secret formula to make ‘imitation’ of smell and taste. Just put weber grills near the old grills. New one take almost 90% job and the rest job taken by old grills. Simple solution for busy young fella out there. Steak often came in last minutes, while waiting for combustion of old grills I can serve burgers using newest grills.
