Finally we managed to outsource the warehouse to a good vendor, they have experience for fulfillment for almost 20 years. Amazing to see they still around and I think they just bit lack in tiny steps before able to reach the hall of ‘great to good’ book . I think there’s still more demand for  product fulfillment  as time goes fast and we must concentrate for making such good product and service for the customer.

Fertilizer need special treatment and our basic technology isn’t sufficient to handle big loading in batch product we made as we must concentrate for product enhancement. Research and study is our primary concern after order fulfillment . Other division that handle telco things also do the same. Shaping their team by outsourcing the ware house to other vendor. Last experience with simultaneous job make the team brake in the middle of project and choose to separate.

Focus to business process is no doubt can increase performance as team can concentrate to sales and product creation. Not just stand in front and wait for big crash after heavy duty job that take all resources. outsourcing no longer expensive. The only key is : budgeting minded.
