Weight Gain, consider playing tennis
Fiuuh, I think it’s enough for me. I’m overweight in paper and visual sight.
As our company reach it’s anniversary and human resource awareness for their employee health. They give facility for general checkup. My overall value is good except for few things like :
- Overweight
- Cholesterol
Sure, with weight 83 kilo and height 168 cm I seem to be a ‘little giant’ with my big stomach
Yes, it’s my ‘paper’ judge. On other side I see my body grow very fast and get fat in quick. After see my meal pattern I can see realtionship between my food and exercises. I love to eat junkfood and meat. Specially meatballs
As my job push me to watch programming language code I think there’s many person like me out there. Dont’ have time for exercises and love to eat fastfood.
I try to manage my meal pattern for avaoid meat and eat juice in the night I see good progress. I feel my body getting slim and fresh.
For sports I already try few alternatives like playing futsal, swimming, basketball or jogging. My good friend also told me about go to the gym. My mother on law give another option : playing tennis.
This sports seem good for me, I can practice with my old hobby. I used to play badminton and like to play it everyday with child around my neighbor. Tennis work well for my feet and good alternative for burning my fat.
For my weight gain program I will contact my friend who has same problem like me
. We must make preparation like :
- Buying tennis rackets.
- Buying shoes, use proper mens tennis shoes.
- Buying towel as my other towel get lost while playing futsal.
My mother in law suggest me to use her racquets. As I see my friend buy new one I think I must choose my own babolat rackets.
So far I have try a few combination for my diet program. Exercise will give me ‘real’ weight gain and I hate to play futsal in the night but consider to play tennis in Sunday morning after swimming time or pick just one. I hope my program goes well.
