It’s my lucky day, since last announcement from management about ‘bid day’ we already dream and make a wish for win the TV’s. I won Toshiba ‘Bomba’ TV 29".

Basically, we have that chance after management decide to sell all TV in the class that help us to teach student with projector. The oldest TV was 5 years old. I have no worried about the age because I have older TV in my house that accompany us for 11 years. Polytron is another local brand but have very good service, they make sure the business process from marketing till after sales service handle with care.

I remember first time my father bought the TV in 1997. I have no idea that Polytron is good brand since many other brand already in the market like Toshiba, Sharp and Sony in our neighbor house and serve them well. With special interest and marketing effort by sales team, they convince my father to buy Polytron TV. In first year the TV is good but when came to second year we have problem. Crash.

Fortunately, warranty valid for 3 years. Service team serve us well by repair it and give the spare parts free of charge. In its 5 year, it got crash again. The warranty not valid anymore. I got lazy for bring the televisions to service place and call a guy I found in newspaper to come to our house. He fixed it in 20 minutes. The service work well for almost 7 month and suddenly it crash again. This time I decide to bring it to official service place. They need about 2 days to repair it and call me to pick it. I can’t believe it. The cost is very cheap and I have no problem with our TV since that day.

Of course with today televisions program that vary I think it’s worth to have more than one TV, maybe after we have kids, I’ll add more  televisions
