I should hope that the 2003 - 2007 upgrade finds all of its default files;
especially if the user is logged on to the network and the account is active
while conducting the upgrade. I have 32 of them to do on Tuesday, and do not
have the desire nor inclination to rebuild 32 user profiles from scratch.

If the upgrade procedure fails to locate all files, then it becomes
essentially a new install. This is for a United States Senator&#039;s office, so
should hope the product performs as advertise</description>
